Great bit of kit... I wasn't sure that it would be quite enough resistance for me, but I was able to combine the different bands to get a really good workout.The bands are reasonably long, so make sure you have a good space to do your workout (generally a good idea anyway to avoid hitting walls/furniture).

What a great bit of kit!!My average weekly working hours range from 50 to sometimes 72 and I work all over the country so trying to get to the gym when I have a family to look after is near impossible!with this set there are so many different exercises you can do.The resistance band kit comes with a little sheet that tells you what is included, the bands weight equivalency and how to perform different exercises.the exercises shown are just the start of what you can do, use your imagination or even look up on the internet other exercises.My favorite piece in the kit has to be the door anchor. some of the exercises shown with the included information show it only being put under the door, I used it along the side of the door, which enabled me to do the chest compressions. I only did this so it pulled the door closed though, if it was the other way around and someone open the door it will cause injury.The handles are a good size, I have Fairly big hands and there is plenty of room for the movement whilst exercising.The only one downside I could find with the whole kit was the size of the bag. yes it all fit in when it came and it is probably just me but trying to get it all to fit back in can be a pain. I have now taken out the lowest tension band which makes it slightly easier. This wont stop me giving it 5 stars.I bought this resistance band set at a discounted price to review it.

Great bit of KitI've tried various resistance bands before and haven't been particularly impressed but this set has changed my opinion of them as its very good quality.The kit comes with a 5 different resistance bands, a bag to carry them in and various handles. Its got a door anchor which is really handy. I've only tried one work out session with this and am impressed. I usually use free weights but as I've moved recently I don't have as much space so had to get rid of this. This is an absolute space saver as its very compact and fits in my bedside draw. As its compact I can take it away with me and continue to work out when i'm away.If you don't know how to use resistance bands this comes with a chart so that you can follow.I've received this product at discounted price to give an honest and unbiased review.
