I’m glad to have mixed vegetables in a tablet.

Soy lecithin is the biggest ingredient - yet not listed in product description, which really annoys me. This was marketed as a supergreen food supplement, yet its biggest ingredient is a borderline supplement which isn’t generally recognised as a superfood. So, I docked -1 star for this.I docked -1 more star for the portions. Who’s taking 5 pills a day of one supplement? So really this is a 30 days supply, not 150 days worth, I felt that was a bit misleading. So an acceptable 3 stars, not great, not awesome but acceptable. Purchase if the price is appropriate is my review. I hope this helps!

….I try to make daily - early morning - green juices (no fruit or sugar). I need an alternative though for the days when I am running late, and also to have something easy to take later in the day after having an early morning juice.I have several chronic conditions which I find my nutrition intake plays a part in keeping them at bay as much as is possible.I am hoping these capsules will fit the bill for my needs. I started them just yesterday, so too early to tell. Really easy to swallow, no bad taste. Worked within days of taking them regularly, very good value for money

I took these for the duriation of the packet, easy to swollow but i cannot say i felt any different! That may just be me though! It was a great deal and if you want your superfoods i suppose this is one way to get them.

The media could not be loaded. These are packed with goodness to support both gut and heart health. They come in capsule form, are easy to swallow and are vegan and gluten free. These contribute to getting in your 5 a day and can be added/sprinkled to food and drink if you have difficulty swallowing. I have never heard of this brand before, but feel confident about product safety as they are produced in the UK. The price, currently £17.99, also seems very reasonable, and I am pleased to add these into my daily vitamin/supplement routine. Can recommend them and I look forward to their many unseen benefits.

This is a good supplement containing a range of different ingredients, the pack is resealable & they are vegan & gluten free..They are easy to swallow but you need to take 5 a day which is too much of a responsibility for me, the reason I needed a supplement in the first place was because my diet isn’t the best, I run a business singlehandedly & also a family & home so some days I don’t get a break to eat all day. Remembering to take 5 a day with meals when you’re lucky to have a pot noodle until 7pm is not really for me unfortunately

As other reviewers have mentioned 150 capsules for around £20 seems pretty good value but then you read the smaller print and discover that a serving equates to FIVE capsules. That said most of the contents are food stuffs where grams rather than micro-grams are more required. They could have reduced the number of capsules required by making the capsules bigger but I am glad they didn't as their is less choking risk this way. Also I realised that just because a serving is 5 capsules I don't have to take all five at once and since I already have some medications that I take twice a day I could take two in the morning along with breakfast say and then one at lunchtime with the remaining two in the evening when i take my other twice a day meds and then have dinner. That said a serving size of 5 a day means the packet of 150 capsules will only last you 30 days - whilst that is too expensive for me to consider taking on a regular basis I can see a good case use for it for when say recuperating from an illness and you want to boost your microbiome at the same time. I wasn't so happy to see that Soy lecithin was the heaviest ingredient in weight but at least as it is in capsule form I don't have to taste it.Some of the ingredients don't seem to be sufficient to have much effect - certainly when taking some of those items singly either as a supplement or directly as a foodstuff the "dosages" have been much higher.So I'd say overall this product isn't very good value for money but as I mentioned above I could see a good use case for someone recovering from illness and need to boost their microbiome in which case those cute little bacteria perhaps represent the most useful aspect of the product.
