This item is just a piece of plastic, but you can hang your hat or other items on it. This item has a multitude of uses and is fairly sturdy, but I wouldn't try hanging a drill or heavier items on it. This appears to be for lighter weight accessories and items and definitely meets that from a design standpoint.

I wasn't able to use this for the purpose I intended it to, as the top portion of it, the rectangle, is a bit wider than what I was expecting so it won't fit through holes on the smaller end of tools. Other than that, I have been able to fit larger things on it and even affix things to it to hold.

I hate carrying my hard hat in my hand this gives me my hand back bt hooking the hard hat on my belt. It holds it good and is waiting for you when you’re ready to grab it.

The hook will fit through a standard size D-ring. So, if your backpack has one on the shoulder straps, then you are good to go! The hook holds a hardhat very well and seems durable enough to last.If you need to mount the hook to a wall, or other vertical surface, it comes ready for that as well.I don't use this on my belt, so I won't comment on that option, but I do recommend this hook if you are looking for a way to carry your hardhat and keep your hands free! Very nice, IMO.

This belt clip has a lot of nice features. It has a hole for using it as a wall mount. It slides easily onto a belt and holds well. It is made of plastic so it is flexible and then it pops into a locked position that is quite easy to open, but seems to hold fairly securely. Overall very useful and seems sturdy enough despite being plastic.

I work in an environment where we have to occasionally wear hard hats. This works perfectly. I first thought it was metal until I got it, but that was my mistake, I missed the part in the description that said it's PVC plastic. No worries, still works great and appears to be pretty tough. The biggest problem with hard hats is they don't sit well anywhere as you already don't want to just lay it anywhere. This helps a lot, because lots of times, I'm holding a computer and now don't have to deal with the hard hat falling everywhere.

This belt clip comes in a basic resealable plastic bag. There is a sticker on it with the manufacturer's product info, contact info, and a retail UPC, but the whole thing was almost entirely covered up by the Amazon inventory label.The product description says the clip is made of PVC, which is more flexible than ABS plastic. It feels durable and stays in place well so far. Belt use with my decked-out helmet-style hard hat was a little too much size/weight to be comfortable on my belt, but it's good for holding freestanding earmuffs or lighter-weight headgear on a belt.It can also be used for hanging a hard hat on the wall (I had originally hoped to do this, but didn't have a good accessible spot to hang it), or for clipping a hard hat to a bag strap (this ended up being my primary use, clipped to the side of the bag I store the rest of my PPE in).

This is made of a durable material that clips securely onto the belt. It holds a variety of items securely.

I have a disabled fur kid so needed something to hang my fur kids lifting leg straps on, when out walking just in case I needed to help him during a walk. This holder does this really well, so already very happy with it.It is very easy to use just simply slide the clip over your belt, hang on whatever I need and away I go. Given the durability it should be able to hold a slightly bit of weight, keeping everything to hand.It also as a great mount hole on the back, so I have put a screw in my camper wall so when not in use it can simply be hooked onto with the leg straps on it while away camping.I find the holding clip nice and strong, so very durable and enough to use in a variety of work environments. This is a well made tether which can attach to a belt loop, however I find the arrangement a little uncomfortable and cumbersome especially if you plan something heavy off it. I have instead decided to mount this on the wall to hold my work helmet/tools off when not in use. There is a small mounting hole to the rear for this exact purpose.The plastic feels strong and robust and it is quite easy to undo the latch by flexing to the side and then just push the latch back on when you need to secure. I am impressed by the build quality, however at just under £10 it does seem a little steep for the hanger and it would have been nicer if they could have provided 2 or 3 in the bag.

Whenever i go out friends to the pub i am forever lating my baseball cap down somewhere and then forgetting it.My jacket pockets are never wide enough to take even a folded baseball cap. This belt clip is the perfect answer you can just pass your belt through it then clip your cap on it , im so happy about this because some of my caps are over a hundred quid each, no more losses.Thank you .
