My doctor told me that I needed to increase my water intake. I've never been successful at getting enough water. With my Selah, I've gone from taking a few sips of water a day with my old water bottle to guzzling down 8–10 bottles of Selah per day. I have an extreme sweet tooth and didn't think this would be sweet enough for me. Two clicks of the flavor pod are plenty of sweetness for me. My sweet tooth has just about faded away.I used to drink a lot of Crystal Light, but I've almost completely phased it out because it's now way too sweet. If you're on the fence about purchasing this water bottle, take the plunge and get it. You won't regret it. Drinking more water has increased my weight loss, given me more energy, improved my skin, and has helped me feel full and not hungry. I'm not making any medical claims; this is just what I've noticed for myself.I found Selah on TikTok while researching reviews for Air Up. So glad I discovered this gem. The flavors I've tried are the ones that come with the bottle, and they are delicious. So far, crisp green apple is my favorite.Update: I crocheted a cute little cozy for my Selah because of the condensation. It also keeps my water cooler for longer, in this hot summee weather we're currently having.

The flavors tasted like chemicals. It was fairly easy to use, and the instructions were easy to read.

The taste is worse than I expected but I kept using it it looked cool but I kept using up all the pods on accident and my water tasted horrible. If you still want sweetened water I recommend cirkul or those powder sticks you put in water bottles. Plus cirkul has metal options and way more flavors plus they also have healthy options.

You get the best taste but it is a pain to wash it

I don’t love the taste of water, and I find to hard to get the daily hydration I need. Adding the fruit flavors helps me get the water intake I need, without dreading every ounce. I love the natural flavors that taste delicious, without an unpleasant aftertaste. It’s easy to use, and the size fits perfectly in my work and gym bag, making it simple to take on the go. It also fits comfortably in my car cup holder, a huge issue, with my last water bottle. My son keeps stealing mine, so I’ll probably end up buying another!

You'll notice the light blue piece of rubber in the picture. That is the plug for the flavor pack that keeps it from emptying into the drink. If it comes out all the cartridge empties into the water. 2 of the 4 did this. So very bad product.

When I came across this product on TikTok I did some research on it and its competitors and found that this bottle is actually the healthiest and with no artificial sweeteners I was sold! Drinking enough water has always been hard for me but so far I have managed to not only drink so much water but reach for my Selah bottle at all time because of how delicious the flavors are!!!! The bottle is durable and very user friendly. I love the tone of the color pink it is just perfect!! Truly the best water bottle ever I feel like I am drinking juice.
