Nice price for an aluminum pulley. The blue color is nice, but more importantly, the functionality is great. Nice fluid spin, even without any silicone. However, adding some line makes it even smoother. I added this to the bottom section of my pulley tower to do a DIY belt squat. Definitely durable and fits perfectly and securely.

Excellent pulley system. Used strap to attach one pulley to a wall mounted pull up bar. Used a carabiner to attached the second pulley to a D-ring anchored about 6 inches above floor. Using a cable attached to a loading pin to hold the weight plates, created a simple but effective cable-based workout system. Using one cable thru upper pulley, can do lat pull downs, rows, etc. for movements high to low. To create a "pull-up" system (i.e., movement from low to high) for bicep curls, rows, leg extensions, etc., use a longer cable. For example, free weights stacked onto a loading pin, then a cable up to the top pulley, then bring the cable back down to lower pulley, and finally a handle attached to the end of the cable. Pulleys are well made, no noise at all. Very smooth action. Pulley groove is deep to keep the cable on the pulley. Really like these and even got another set along with cables and loading pin so that I didn't have to change the weight on the loading pins so often.

Work horse and a smooth pull. For heavy lifting I put 180 and had no problems with these pullys.

The pulleys are very well made and the cable runs freely. These are a perfect addition to my fitness rack to allow a whole new range of motion and training experiences. The included straps are big enough to secure it to my 2x3 frame. The carabiner has a screw lock so you know it will stay in place. The red color is very bright and is a great contrast to the black frame of my rack.
