I've used so many other probiotics and it's been a drop in the sea with no noticable results. This immediately has helped me. I notice my digestion is a lot better. I use it in tandem with vitamin D3 and k2 because I am deficient in those. I only take one a day to save money. I'm not going to take 50$ worth of vitamins a month. Taking half each month makes me feel better about the price. Even with just one a day the results are noticable and I don't see a reason I'd need 2. For reference I am 115 pounds.

I’ve been struggling with gastrointestinal issues for MONTHS. Taking stool softeners, laxatives, upping my fiber, drinking tons of water. NOTHING worked. Then I looked up the best probiotics for the issues I was experiencing, and this one was recommended as it delivered the most to your gut. I’ve been taking this for a few weeks and I am FINALLY back to normal. I would absolutely recommend! Saved my life.

Okay.I really wanted to love this product.I’ve heard amazing things about it from my friends as well as online community.However this product isn’t for me.I’ve never had problems with my stomach the way I did when I was taking this.They do warn you that first few days might be uncomfortable but for me it’s been three weeks of pure discomfort and pain. Bloating. Not able to go to the restroom as well.I gave it a fair chance for 3 weeks however I stopped using it since it’s making me feel sickerUnfortunately I just think it’s not for me.

I am impressed with these probiotic capsules. I even stopped taking my previous brand because they were starting to raise the price and becoming harder to find.Seed did seem to cause an upset stomach the first 2 weeks, but now, no problems. I take mine at bedtime with my other meds. I have results every morning. I prefer capsules over tablets because they're easier to swallow. Because of my system, I will only need one per day, not 2.

I feel better in my gut when I take this I try to never miss a day. Side effects when I go to the bathroom I have to urinate a ton so I know it’s taking the water weight out to keep the bloating from happening. I don’t get that I’m pregnant full feeling and my pants are too tight after I eat anymore. I’ve already bought it twice, and I will be buying it again.

This product works for me as I take just one at bedtime --my biggest complaint is the cost--and I can't subscribe as one capsule works well for me and I just don't need two--So to subscribe for a lower price would be shipping me too many after a couple of months. If you take the recommended two capsules --it's the same cost per year as car insurance--that's crazy.

I typically do not take a pill form but was sold on the concept of the second inner capsule releasing in the smaller intestine. However, I was super turned off on the concept of a subscription. I am always weary on that kind of marketing. I am currently in the middle of the first Jar. I did not use the manufacture site as they do NOT offer a single purchase. They offer less cost than other sites but that goes with a subscription so irregardless you will get another jar every month. I do not take the highest dose so I would not need monthly (maybe every other month but that was not an option). I thought the packaging was super wasteful and actually disturbed me as way too much money is spent on the wow in packaging (seen my fill of shark tank). Now that I have the jar I went to Amazon to purchase a refill and their is no ability to purchase a refill package. You literally have to purchase it all over again even though instructions tell you to save the jar for refills. The only site that sells refills is the manufacutre site and they dont sell it unless it is by subscription. What is the deal with that? I cannot give an true experience of the benefits of the product because they only want you on a subscription regardless if you use one pill or three pills a day and I find that ridiculous. That is like if you doctor prescribed you with 60 tables of Digoxin and said on the label take one a day yet pharmacy refills regardless 60 tablets every month. I find that not sensitive to the environment or the consumer. Again, Jury is still out on this one.

To be completely honest, I or we have not noticed any dramatic effects in our daily routine taking twice a day one in morning, one in evening. But we are going to continue one more month with the refill on its way and see what occurs from there on.
