Great replacement battery for my HP laptop.
I purchased this battery for my old HP pavilion DX7 laptop. The old battery would not take a charge. Received the new battery, removed the old, installed the new one and turned on the laptop. The new battery fit exactly into the slot and had enough charge to run the laptop. Proceeded to allow it to charge. The new battery charged to 100 %. All is well at this time. I would purchase again. Great product if you follow their instructions
I read reviews that indicated that the batteries had a questionable life span. I noticed as I opened the package and read the instructions that they were very clear as to the things that needed to be done to maximize the potential of the battery. It indicated that you needed to use it as it came to you down to 2% and then charge it back up. When I did that the charge came back up to a 100%. And it seems to last several hours before I ran out of time to continue monitoring it following the instructions this seems like a really good product.

Works great
My dell is very old and the original battery stopped holding a charge. This battery works well and allows me to not have the computer plugged in all the time.

Easy to install.
I have had an issue with my Dell 5000 series computer for over a year now. The battery was shot, and I feared that the battery might leak and cause a major problem. I checked the model number of my Dell and went online and found the exact replacement. I also found a helpful video detailing how to change this battery. It was easy to remove the back case and old battery. The only problem I had was unplugging the old battery. Use the plastic tool that comes with the new battery. They also provide a small Phillips screwdriver. I would definitely recommend this replacement battery.
