Where can I find the attachments for the 1/4" air output like you have pictured? I would love to create a compact setup  like in the video.

I removed the brass fitting and replaced it with a standard 1/8 male NPT x 1/4 female NPT adapter and connected a standard CO2 line to it. My set up works great for a homemade trash can kegerator.

Question 2

Can this be used for nitrogen or argon gas canisters (16g or 32g)?

If you are in need of a mini nitrogen regulator, search for B079F7X5V4 on Amazon. That one is designed for nitrogen and is rated to a higher pressure. Each of these regulators are designed for use with 5/8" threaded cartridges and can also be adapted for use with 3/8" threaded cartridges, so if the canisters you are referring to have those threads, they will be compatible.

Question 3

Great product, but the ball lock port is very shallow. A standard ball lock only threads in about 1.5 threads. Is this enough?

If you have 1/4" MFL threads on your ball lock coupler, you should be able to thread it on more than 1.5 threads.  You can see in the content further down the page that it is installed on a ball lock coupler to the point that you can no longer see the threads.
