I have taken the whole pack now and it is true that I was less inclined to snack on sweet things. However, I wanted to snack on marmite and nuts instead!I am not sure that I noticed I was more energetic either.You take three of these every day and they are easy enough to swallow as they are a capsule.The packaging us premeium.Did I loose weight, no, but then again neither did I gain any even with al those nuts.I think these may work if you are on a diet and feeling very hungry.
