Excellent product
Excellent product. Easy to fit and adjust to the panel thickness. Delivery was less than 24hrs.... they must have it set for urgent which is impressive. Bought another as we have several toilets.

No tools required, but fiddly.
After putting up with it taking more than one push to make our toilet flush I fitted a new button assembly (fiddly) and all working as it used to and harmony restored.

Unreliable after a couple of years use.
Have no choice but to use this device with our flush system. However it does not stay reliable for very long, considering how much it costs. There must be a fault in the design by Dudley.
