I've used Shilajit Himalayan resin for a bit now and saw a huge difference and change on the first/second day. As soon as I drank it, I started feeling a bit sweaty and calm which idk about you, is a sign of a product working for me! And you know a product is good when you feel completely refreshed and in control of your body after using it. This product has significantly increased my energy as well as my overall mood. I drink Shilajit with lukewarm water in the morning and in the night and what I've noticed is that, in the daytime, I feel refreshed and just relaxed in general. I can focus greatly and remember things so much more clearly. For the nighttime, when I drink it and wake up in the morning, I feel so rejuvenated (coming from someone who sleeps at the crack of dawn) and I've been loving it. Also, it smells like honey and it also tastes like honey and a little bit of lime to me and I like that because I like those things in a product. With over 85+ minerals and the support of the immune system, this product greatly did what it was supposed to do. I'm glad I got it and would definitely be getting more and also recommend it to my family so that we're all refreshed throughout the day! Ps. The perfect energy and immune booster!

Compared to another brand I tried, this looks cut and it flows like raw honey. I see the verbiage padding they have on the product description and boy do they mean it. It also dissolved much more quickly than others. It certainly was a less intrusive taste though, if that's what you're looking for.Maybe it's just an honest quality issue but I will not try this brand again.

I wasn’t too sure about this product but even after a few days can feel a difference in my energy levels. Would buy again for sure!

Started using this Shilajit Pure Himalayan Organic Resin and it has gave me a decent amount of Energy, more than an Energy Drink. I put some on the wooden spoon and mix into warm water. I then just down it, trying not to see what it taste like. Goes down easy. No flavor. Good energy. Good item.

I have hd this for awhile. Just got too buy to do a review. I have more energy since I began taking this.

This stuff is pretty hard to mix. I like that there are measurement marks on the little spatula, but it sticks pretty good to the wood. I wish the spatula was a smooth plastic that would help it come off easier. I didn't want to stick this straight into my mouth, so I would drip it into water. I saw a very rapid influx of people talking about this stuff on social media. I wanted to give it a shot for myself. In my opinion it was all hype. I noticed nothing on this. I didn't really know what to look for. The most ads I saw made it seem like it was going to enhance my blood flow and enlarge my veins. I didn't see that. I also saw people saying it was nature's vi*gr*. But again I noticed nothing. Just seems like one of those things that comes out of nowhere and goes in no time.

This product gives me all the energy I need to start a new day.
