David Goggins puts it perfectly "Even the best pep talk or self-help hack is nothing but a temporary fix". It won't rewire your brain. It won't uplift your life. MOTIVATION CHANGES EXACTLY NOBODY. Life is yours and you are alone who can fix it.Self under control is the first and the last book the majority of people need to lead a meaningful and disciplined life.The book talks about the role of mental resistance, your brain, fear, emotions, and digital influence in killing your drive and what it takes you you build back a rock-solid disciplined life.I am not going to lie here but this one book beats many many self-help books that are fooling you for decades.

My experience reading "Self Under Control" by Abhilash C. S. was life-changing. For someone who frequently finds it difficult to uphold self-control and fulfil personal obligations, this book serves as a beacon of hope. My preconceived notions about self-discipline were busted by Abhilash's holistic approach, which demonstrated to me that healthy self-management of emotions is more important than repressing them.
