I got this because I have always had trouble with my skin, and I have also been looking into strengthening my nails too. After taking this for a week, I feel like my skin is smoother and more firm. I haven't had to wear as much foundation because my skin is breaking out less, my pores look smoother, and I also feel like the lines around my eyes look better. I've been wanting to get into painting my nails, but they always seem to break once they get long, so I never thought it was worth it to paint them. Now, when I tap on my desk they feel super strong, long, and I don't feel like they are going to break if I accidentally hit my fingernail on something! I like that it has all the supplement facts that I was looking for but I rather preffer it in gel caps instead of hard tablet. It has a bad flavor.

I wanted a veg vitamin and this fit the bill on paper. However, the vitamins have a weird smell and its hard to swallow. Have not taken it long enough to see if it works. Will it give it 30 days to see if it improves my nails that have been splitting and cracking.
