Don't give up! Foam Clay has learning curve
When I tell you I almost gave up on this foam clay and sent it back, I really meant it. Watch foam clay tutorials on youtube, foam clay is pretty much ready to use out of the packet, but you have to condition the clay first. This means when you pull clay out of the bag, it's going to stretch like hot string cheese. Keep scissors nearby or yank the threads, roll your handful into a ball, and then work it in your hands like you were warming up playdoh. After that it's WAY easier to work with. This clay does inflate a little bit while drying, so don't expect to get super tiny, intricate details with foam clay if you've never worked with it before. It is sandable with sand paper, and you can use your fingers or tools. Great for my cosplay builds, but man oh man, it takes some getting used to.When youtube tutorials tell you to leave it in molds overnight, listen to them. I tried to cheat science seven ways to sunday to cut down on "cure" time, and you can't really do that inside of a mold. Now it'll be dry to the touch within 30-50 minutes or so, and you can keep playing with it as you need to. But if you're trying to do molds for cosplays or costumes, leave it in the mold. I've chilled, heated, and frozen the molds with and without clay, and because the clay expands as it's drying, it forms INTO the mold and you get the best, McDonald's Sprite CRISP detail lines the longer you let it sit.If you're impatient like me, use baby powder/corn starch/setting powder in your mold with a brush so you can "de mold" it after 30-60 minutes. You will lose details, it will kind of stretch, but after an hour or so you will have something passable.

First time user -- PERFECT
This was our first time working with this clay (or any clay). Highly recommend. Easy to rollout and mold. It didn't dry too fast giving us plenty of time to work with it. Kids loved it and made huge teeth to glue to their halloween masks. Worked great and we got a ton of it! We could literally make hundreds of giant fang teeth with this bucket!

Great clay just stuck to the bag
The first bag I was able to use all the clay, the second bag the clay was stuck to the bag so I wasn’t able to use all the clay for my project. Sucks I’m losing clay cause it’s stuck to the bag. Overall I love the clay but packaging could be better I guess.

You get a lot of clay!
The clay is soft, you get 3 bags, the only thing is that the middle bag was open. Other than that it was great.

Cosplay essential
the dry time is 24-48 hours and when it does dry its so smooth and easy to sand. I'm working on a bowsett cosplay and these were perfect for the Sikes.ig: Bombergurltiktok: Bombergurl_
