Everyone comments on the unit. It looks lovely, but the doors don't close properly and the soft close doesn't work at all which is really disappointing

This will take a while to build, I am quiet good at flat pack building, however this set comes with no markers to identify each section, so expect to spend a good hour at least laying out and identifying each piece as per the instructions. Be mindful of the 2 centre structures if you put them in wrong the shelf’s at the end stage won’t line up😔.Simple stickers marking each piece would have helped.Also closely check the hinges you get six all wrapped in individual bags, take them out and make sure you have 2 x D1 and 4 x D2 I got 3 of each which was very frustrating when I couldn’t finish the build, customer services picked up the call quickly and will send the correct hinge 3 to 5 days Waite 😔😔. Now have a unit that’s quiet large and not usable with a door missing..On the plus side it does look great the doors take a while to get all level

They miss sold the item. They dont show you the top of the item on purpose because the item has a different white to the front opening cupboard. The background colour is white so its very difficult to notice the side does not have a gloss finish. The heading is also misleading thinking you are getting the entire cupboard being in gloss. The other misleading part is that they dont give you enough information of the wood type.The wood in this cabinet its chipboard, off cuts of wood glued together and this is what the cupboard is made of as per picture above. Its a very cheap material that will not last long as per pictures above if it takes a slight bump or knock. £251.00 for this type of quality of wood is a joke.The instructions were confusing, 18 pieces of wood needed to be put together and each piece of wood was not labelled and unless you are good with thumbsucking sizes and assuming this piece of wood is meant for that etc... You will find yourself very quickly scratching your head. It took me 5 hours to setup the cupboard.When confronting customer services about the cupboard I advised them of the issues as stated above and said that the price needed to be reduced. They reduced the price, but not by much. Also it would seem that you are not put to the same person when emailing support so you get a different person all the time answering your email and they dont read the history so you start from scratch. I have wasted enough time on this company so returning their product, unscrewing and packing it back up into packaging. Never buying from Vladon Möbel GmbH again.You have been warned. Buy at your own risk.

In the end... I am fairly happy with both items. The TV unit had some minor damage but only where it couldn't easily be seen. The larger front drop down flap was slightly curved or warped, but again when fitted it wasn't obvious. The cabinet felt somewhat superior in quality with quite stylish hinges, although they are not really on show. The instructions which were pictorial could definitely be improved as some parts could be fitted 2 ways and only at the end did you discover it should have been the 'other way'. However, for the reasonable cost, I am pleased with the tv unit and cabinet (used as a dining room sideboard) as they are exactly the look I was hoping to achieve.

Very nice and elegant. I used it as a TV stand. Very good when you have kids so they dont reach the TV. I get a lot of complements. Also had an issue and when i contacted customer service they were very helpful and straight away sorted out my issue

I am happy with this product. I use it to mount my TV.
