Half the population is magnesium deficient, and it's vital for good health. I eventually switched to Magnesium L-Theonate after discovering that it's the most effective compound at getting magnesium to the brain. The results have been astounding, to both me and my PCP (who's anti-supplements!).

Compared to other brands I've tried, these aren't really relaxing me and making me sleep tight, at night. They're helping for joint pain but not relaxation and sleep.
