These bands have been an amazing upgrade to my previous old school bands. They work great, easy to use and helped me get some exercise milestones I hadn’t been able to get previously. They are long enough to use for pull up assistance but would probably be too long for some resistance exercises just using your body and the bands. Overall a great purchase.

Bands are very good quality, strong and durable and attractive and come with nice storage bag. Description could have better described the weight bearing for each but I have no issue with the final product

Strong rubber bands. I do not think the assistance amounts are correct, but I could double them up and it works well. Easy to use, easy to take on and off the bar and to use at home.

I dont own a hapbear pull up bar, but bought these for other exercises needing resistance bands. The quality feels good, they are firm and stretch nicely without pinching. Love the variety and the colors help make it easier to know what I am going for at the moment of use. I dont use it for intense working out, so not sure how to rate it on fitness level. I do a lot of desk work and just want something I can do reps here and there with while I am sitting or standing at my desk. I want to keep moving as much as possible and help to tone and tighten as well.

This are advertised as "pull up assistant" bands. They will not work for that. I used the chart they provide on the page here to see what band I would need. It said if you weight a certain amount and can do only a certain number of "unassisted" pull up, then use the blue or purple band. I ordered these and they shipped quickly and looked great. But the first thing I noticed is they are not as thick as they appear in the photos. Nor as wide. A purple band at the gym allows me to do 8 to 10 pull ups. But I wanted my own band that wasn't as worn out and not used by someone else. I took the purple band, the strongest of the group to the gym. I looped it over the bar and inserted my foot like normal. I sank straight to the ground. It gave no resistance or help at all. The only way they would help is using all five but that is not what was advertised. They are useless unless you want to use them doing therapy or band exercises at home. For pull up assistance there is no way. Sent them back and got a refund.

I bought these bands after a full rotator cuff tear and bicep tendon injury. I had my shoulder totally rebuilt and an implant put in. Anyone who’s had this surgery understands the painful therapy involved. These bands were instrumental in my recovery in addition to my PT. They totally allowed me to ease into recovery without free weights possibly risking a new tear. Crucial in building proper strength at my body’s pace of acceptance. They are so good quality and very easy to use in a lot of different ways. These bands are definitely a great buy for anyone needing resistance training or therapy. These band worked perfectly for me. They aren’t the cheap non flexible plastic looking cheap options. These are very well made and retain their elasticity, my therapist gave them a pass said they were a great product. I think these are a great option for so many different uses. I’d buy them again for sure.

Llevo un día y medio con ellos, tienen muy buena pinta y parecen de una calidad mayor a lo que me he encontrado hasta ahora, buena resistencia y con los niveles muy ajustados para un trabajo progresivo. Los usaremos y en unos meses vuelvo a escribir la reseña💪
