I’ve been into the fitness world for a while, but I’d never thought about working out my face until I found FitFaceX. Ancient humans chewed somewhere around 4-6 hours per day and now that we don’t need to chew down our food, our face muscles and such get weak.I recommend working it into a daily routine and the first few workouts, especially ChinX or the mouthpieces, will be uncomfortable but as every gym rat knows, no pain no gain! The muscles in your face can actually get sore, just like any other muscle. Once the soreness and initial discomfort went away (after a couple of days), I’m thoroughly enjoying using it! I take it with me when I travel.If you’re into fitness or self-care, FitFaceX is a great addition. It’s effective, portable, and feels like an investment in yourself. Definitely worth a try.

This is a good set for overall facial fitness. Everything seems to have the right tensions and looks like it will last. One word of caution: The strap isn’t long enough to put at the top of a door and do the neck presses if you happen to be short, and in fact, if you have only taller doors like I do (8ft), you can’t use it at all (I’m tall for a woman and can’t even come close). I can still use the lip, cheek, and jawline exercisers just fine but disappointed about the neck exerciser. Recommended to measure your door, yourself, and compare carefully to the product description. It would have been great if they included a longer adjustable strap. Otherwise quality product.

You NEED this! Fit Face X is a high quality, sturdy and well represented product. But it’s so much more than just facial aesthetics and a better jaw line, this is a unique and well crafted set that targets the myofascial and structural elements of the face and neck, regions where weakness and dysfunction can hide and cause lifelong problems. As a chiropractor and strength coach who also lives with Ehlers Danlos hyper mobility disorder I’m always looking at wellness tools that can help with chronic pain, weakness and waking the body up- Fit Face X does this wonderfully. I’ve purchased the jaw cubes, the molar blocks, tongue and lip trainers, neck harnesses, cervical massage and traction, bands, iron neck and a myriad of other postural and strengthening tools-Fit Face X delivers functionality, targeted strengthening and ingenuity that stands alone in the marketplace. The price is very fair considering that you could easily spend $100 trying to accumulate the various tools included however you won’t anything else that’s as durable and specialized. The Chin-X and Cheek-X alone are worth the price as they are the only style out there and work very well; to make things better the Jaw-X and Lip-X tools are light years beyond other styles in terms of quality, durability and design.More importantly, upon setting up the Chin-X I threaded the strap through the tension clasp backwards which would cause the slack to be pulled out whenever tension was applied (entirely my fault); I thought this was a design error but contacted the company for assistance before returning. Within an hour of inquiry I had a clear and detailed answer that resolved the issue from Robert the owner! I couldn’t be happier with this product and the customer service was astounding! Man or woman, young or old, weak or strong everyone should get a Fit Face X, five stars all the way!!!

This is definitely a game changer for face workouts. You can feel every muscle in your face when using the different parts. The material quality is also very good and durable and seems to be long lasting. Fit Face X is something everyone, whether you work out or not need, the muscle in your face are just as important as the rest of your body and this product definitely does the job!

Mouth piece is not a good quality used it for 3 weeks and this what happened

At first I thought the Fit Face X set would be hard to assemble since there is a video for it, but it was actually super simple once I watched the assembly video. After just a couple of days of using it, I could already feel tightness in my chin and neck area. I’m honestly impressed with how effective it is.
