The quality of this product is SUPERB. It was a gift to family members who have traveled to Italy and loved the food. After reading several reviews, we decided on this and it was the best choice!! Read the instructions and set it up as directed. Purchase the recommended wood as well. Then enjoy authentic Italian pizza. For those who appreciate and love good food, this is a must have.

It's hard to warm up after 300 °C. The instructions are terrible and completely miss the point. I searched online for ways to use it and tried many times, but it's still a struggle to get up to 400 °C . After I burned a pack of wood chips, I reached 400 °C , but that's it. Above 400 °C is completely impossible. wood chips caught fire and burned up quickly. The pizza was burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside.

Get good quality dough and it’s perfection

It’s difficult to use if you’ve never had a pizza oven. Watch videos online as to how to slide pizza off the paddle. If it sticks, it’s game over. Keep the temperature consistent and found I was having to add more pellets or wood for each pizza. It’s VERY smoky too. You will smell like a campfire when you’re done. It was also incredibly challenging to get the pizza cooked evenly. I resorted to pre-baking the crusts in my regular oven before putting topping on and finishing in this.

I have had this for a little over a month now. It is a great value compared to the more expensive one I own. It heats up easily and is simple to use. It is not the prettiest thing in the world but makes a great pizza. Just make sure to do a good burn off first

The portable pizza oven maker is decent for casual use. It can be powered by wood chips or charcoal, adding a nice flavor to the pizza. However, temperature control is tricky, and it takes a while to heat up. It's okay for occasional use but not very practical for regular pizza making. I've waited to review until I've tried this out multiple times.The GOOD:-thick, nice stainless steel-sturdy foldable legs with non-slip/scratch bottoms-decent ceramic stone-easy to assembleThe BAD (in my experience).I'm an avid cook with years worth of high end restaurant experience in the kitchen. I'm not a novice. That being said, I was really excited to try this out. Long story short is that the firebox is too small and the oven is too short and the heat is uneven. Over a good number of attempts using different fuels (pellets, wood chunk, charcoal and combinations of the three) I was unable to get the oven hot enough for long enough to bake the pizza well. So, midway through my bake, I needed to add more fuel which produced flames which tended to scorch the top of the pizza and yet the stone was cooling so the crust was under done.This oven looks nice and is made with quality materials, but the design is something that I can't get around; it just plain doesn't work as intended. I would not purchase again nor would I recommend to anyone.

The oven was really easy to assemble. The recipe they added was easy to make. Good quality and the size is perfect for a quick last minute pizza. Heats up quick. Haven’t tried to take it on any trips yet.
