I've had the botslab video doorbell for 8 months now and have given it a good amount of testing. I've charged it once I believe during that time. It's a great piece of kit that does what it says on the box.Fixing the video doorbell is easy and the setup took only a few minutes. The views are clear and the great part is you can spin the view from the lens by using your finger on your mobile phone screen. This allows yo to get a 360 degree view of your front door and surroundings. I haven't had any false alarms, which is great. It's really handy to be able to have a two way conversation with someone who's ringing the doorbell when you're out. There's so many different things you can do with the set up including linking the doorbell to your Alexa as I have done. I'm still finding new things to learn as the manual doesn't give you details of how to use all of the available facilities. There are other sources of information on how to use it if you need it.I've had a couple of live-chats for some basic help and the response has always been very quick.Value for money is good and I purchased it when there was a Christmas discount which made it even better value.

To say I am blown away by this Botslab doorbell is an understatement. This is my first ever purchase of a video doorbell and boy am I thrilled with it! The Botslab doorbell meets all expectations on every level and great value for your money I actually paid more for it than the current price but i am not phased by that as its worth every penny, I now have two thanks to Botslab one on the front of my property and one on the back. Its so easy to connect to the Wi-Fi and down load the app onto your mobile.The features are so good, I really like the 180 degree wide angle, it totally astonishes me how much I can see from side to side and up and down. I like the night vision so much, it so clear, I often look at it in the night when I up to see if anyone is lurking, the daytime videos are brilliant too and of course the feature of speaking to someone who rings the bell. No outrages monthly subscriptions! the free memory that Botslab provide is plenty but if you wish there is an option to buy more on top of the free storage through Botslab.The battery seems to last for months without having to charge it or of course you can hard wire, personally I wouldn't bother I would just charge it, its so easy the take off the wall, I also like the feature of the very loud alarm if someone try's to steal it and of course you get the video of them stealing it on your app!!! thats a win win!The app is so good, it has every feature you need to set the doorbell to your own needs and so simple to use. The Botslab user group face book page is a must if you are a face book user, I've learnt so much from other users and like wise I have been able to help others I love being part of this group its so interesting, anyone who asks a question also gets answered by a Botslab representative, they are extremely helpful, they will also email you, or what's app or messenger you, the team are always on hand to help with issues and go out of their way to solve a problem as soon as possible.I cannot recommend this Doorbell highly enough and the team support that comes along with it, buy it today honestly you will not be disappointed.

Pros:- design is sturdy and feels like luxury item- Renter friendly attachment. You can stick it right on door without drilling holes which is not available in many other brands.- Loudness on chime and doorbell is more than satisfactory. You won't be disappointed here.Video quality is good- 360 view feature is useful, it even can view the parcel right below it. Superb which is a big gap in other brands like aosu/eifu- Inbuilt app support is convenientCons:- Notifications are often delayed. That's my only gripe. It's not a deal breaker. But for normal parcel delivery ppl, since they stand long enough, you get notification in time. So, it works.Recommendation:Make the notification work instantly. There is no harm in defalying the recording but notification should be instant. By the time custom open the app, recording should be completed by then. This is my big ask from this maker.Final verdict:I am happy with this device (:

Been using this product for over a month now. Works great. Has so many different virwing options available. Setup was super fast and easy. Also has choice of wired and non-wired as well as local storage or a subscription option.Video quality and battery life are brilliant. There's a delay in receiving notifications so it's not altogether real time but all in all would defo recommend.

Bought this to replace an EZVIZ doorbell which had fogged up! This Botslab doorbell is fantastic! Very easy to install with no problems at all. The picture quality is superb very clear , much better than my previous doorbell. Connected to my wifi 1st time no dramas at all. Very easy to understand instructions and easy to setup. Had one issue trying to connect to Alexa but this was solved quickly by an online chat with Yana . You can also change the view from fisheye to horizontal correction to vertical correction - a breeze to use!

Briliant product! I been using it for over 3 weeks and I am very pleased with it. Has a lot of settings which I am still navigating though, but I believe it’s a great door bell as it shows everything you need to see about your property when you are away from home.Highly recommend it!

This records perfectly during the day but does not record during the night...I've been on the live chat & I've gone through all the checks & established that I have set it up correctly so don't know what the problem is..surely it's important to have the camera recording any movement during the dark hours, re car theft, damage, break-ins etc...worth noting that a member of my family has the same camera & the same issue..I have reported this problem, if resolved I will leave 5 star review otherwise I will return for a full refund
