can this be used on carpets?

Never tried, but I would suggest buying their carpet cleaner product. They sell them everywhere including Amazon. I would assumed the chemicals are different and target different material types.

is this very strong with alot of chemicals? How does it compare to oxiclean?

Stronger than oxi, best stain remover I ever used. Lots of chemicals, but they wash out.

Will it remove dried in chocolate stains?

Spray 'n Wash® Max Laundry Stain Remover provides 1st time stain removal, even on 7 day dried-in stains. We invite you to visit, www.spraynwash.com/stain-solver/chocolate-on-clothes/ for tips on removing chocolate stains. Please read and follow all label directions. Additionally, please be aware that this product should only be left on for a maximum of 5 minutes.

Will this help remove baby poop stains?

Specifically, i don't know. Depends on what the baby ate. Removes cat poop stains. This is the best stain remover, without bleach, I have used. Another one is a hand soap called, "Goop" it is a multipurpose hand cleaner that I also use on laundry. The instructions say that it removes stains from laundry--it works better than Resolve on some stains.
