This upper arm brace is great for support. It's lightweight and can be worn inside a shirtsleeve and stays in place if the Velcro straps are positioned correctly. The straps are long enough to make it tight or loose on your arm. No booklet came with the product, so had to look at the pictures online to see the straps go in and then out to secure the Velcro properly. Reasonably priced.

I had been considering if something like this would benefit me and this abnormal pain in my arm. Turns out, applying the compression on to my bicep has definitely helped alleviate it. The Supregear Sleeve works well in providing the compression and the velcro strips are good and secure while easily allowing me to adjust how much or little. My arm isn't that big and probably the average size of most women but I wonder if I should've gotten the large instead of the small. I want the compression but I wish the material was more flexible for movement when wearing. However, as I stated I'm inexperienced with this type of item and maybe it's supposed to feel really constraint. At any rate, it's helped and it's priced well. I'd recommend it.
