Outstanding, fresh, crisp, like nothing that you will find in your grocery stores. I vacuumed sealed my ginger, and placed it in my Vege bend. Excellent quality! I will be ordering again soon. I’ve been trying to create a ginger bug and the ginger I bought in the stores must be sprayed with something, because even after 12 days it was not showing signs of fermentation. I even washed and soaked for 24 hrs as recommended on internet. This ginger I bought from local farmers is the only way to go. It is showing signs of fermentation after day #2, so I’m excited. I then used the turmeric & ginger tonight to create a turmeric shot. It’s delicious!

I bought these hoping to propagate my own, but they did not sprout. However, I found that cleaning them and freezing them works great to keep them fresh and the quality when they arrived was excellent! They taste and smell delicious! The color of the tumeric will stain your hands yellow for a few days . If you are interested, then you know all the amazing benefits of both of these roots! Excellent health benefits! I will be buying again!

Very good quality. I use it for my turmeric and ginger drinks and it's very good. There was no moisture and mold like the other brands I have purchased and the size and color were right!

Excellent! Both the turmeric and ginger were super fresh and vibrant when they arrived. It came much quicker than I expected. There was no mold on any pieces. Some smaller bits, but they are organic so I expect that! Will buy again!
