You need to use medium to high rings for the lever to clear

Clearly the size of the eyepiece on the scope matters. So if you see that the quick throw is compatible with the Vendetta then there’s no reason it shouldn’t work. The scope I use a throw lever on is a vortex strike eagle . The movement is not a smooth as I’d like but that’s the scopes issue. Not the throw lever.

Q: Will one of these fit the vortex db tactical ffp 4-16?

Measure the outside of the zoom ring and if it's 1.81 inches then it should. Note here if you are using this on a blot action depending on the height of the rings the edges will hit the rail on one side and could hit your hand when turned to the full right and you work the bolt. If using a semi-auto this should not be a problem. The Vortex switchView is lower profile and doesn't interfere. Yes it costs a lot more however.

Q: Will this work on a Primary Arms 3-18x50 scope?

I am not certain. I have read that the Vortex and Primary Arms are very similar in size. Be sure to check the circumference. I had an issue with size the first time. Luckily it fit another scope.
