I wanted to get wired internet to my son’s room and my wife’s home office which is on the 2nd floor in my home. My Orbi router which is on the 1st floor, kept knocking them off the WiFi. I ran an Ethernet cable from my modern to upstairs and I purchased this splitter. All my problems were solved. This product is great. No more slow internet speed. I recommend this product.

I have tried the cheap 2-1 splitters and none of them worked. This one requires a power source, but a USB connection is fine. Plugged it in and it works great.

This works exactly as described. I had needed to be able to run two ethernet cables to my set up but didnt want to lose any download speed in the process. This did just that even when I am running both my PC and the PS5 I am still pulling 1000 down on the PC and around 820 down on the PS5 (even when I have the PS5 plugged directly into the router I have never been able to get it to pull over 860).

This works well to use two devices when you only have one Ethernet outlet. Just not so sure it didn't reduce the speed. Seems like my 5 port switch was faster but this is simple and compact.

I bought the 1-to-2 splitter and so far it seems to work. The lights are lit for the input cable (green) and the power cable (red). And while I am getting LAN1 and LAN2 output, those lights are not lit (both green). Not sure why that would be.After writing this review I received a message from the seller noting my complaint about lights not working. And they offered a refund. The LAN lights still don't work but the splitter seems to functioning just fine. I give the seller 5 stars for customer service. Thank you.

It works and was simple to install. It does not come with the plug thing or the internet cable.

It works as described

Using splitter for providing ethernet signal to PC and to TV via Firestick Ethernet Adapter. All is well with PC regardless of which LAN output I use LAN1 or LAN2. Green light glows according to the LAN output used. I've used 4 different Cat6 ethernet cables for the TV/Firestick Ethernet Adapter and get no signal output to the TV and no light at the splitter. I've tried 2 different Firestick Ethernet Adapters with the same negative result. The only variable is distance - 40' to the PC and 75' to the TV. Is distance a factor? I would think not. What am I missing? Given my experience, I can only give the splitter a 2 rating.Update: Manufacturer reached out and explained that their switch/splitter does not support the Firestick Ethernet Adapter (only PCs) and provided me a refund. I have since found one (NETGEAR) that does support the Firestick Ethernet Adapter as well as my PC, which works great. I am upgrading my original rating since (1) the original switch did support my PC and (2) the manufacturing reached out and provided the refund.
