The measurements of the small is 20x20 and 5" high. I would think your dog would fit perfectly. I got the medium and it's 26x34 and 6.5" high and my 20 lb dog fits on it easily (not even taking up 1/2 of the bed).

There are no additional accessories included. However, this dog bed looks very durable because the cover is double-layered and feels very thick. Plus, both sides can be used, so if one side gets dirty or damaged, you can simply flip it over and continue to use it. I highly recommend it.
