I wish I could give 0 stars for this. While trying to hang the clock, it would not sit straight on the wall and I came to realize that was because the area for the nail placement was attached to the back of the clock crooked. Plus, the area for the nail placement was in the center of the back of clock, meaning all the clock's weight is in it's center, so if you try to hang it on the wall, the top tips forward. It won't sit flush against the wall. Soooooooo, I tried to attach a picture hanging bar on the top of the back of it, but the depth of the clock was too thin, so any nail I tried would have gone right through to the front of the clock. I didn't realize I'd need a degree in physics and matter to hang a wall clock!! So we decided to leave it leaning against wall while we decided what to do next, and just to add insult to injury, it stopped working around 1am!!! What a piece of junk!! I'm considering going out and BUYING a box just so I can have the satisfaction of returning it with this note (unfortunately, we threw the box it came in away before we tried to hang it!) So now we're out just over 30.00, and have to buy another clock. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Clock is beautiful, reasonably priced, easy to read numbers. There is nothing I dislike about this clock.
