Nu-Salt is my go-to salt substitute. It has zero sodium and is 100% pure potassium chloride, making its strength excellent for everyday use at every meal. I found that it actually takes less Nu-Salt than regular table salt to achieve the desired level of 'taste-saltiness' making it a very good buy. In humid conditions the potassium chloride tends to clump a bit, but a quick shake of the container breaks it up and it flows freely again. The 3-oz size is perfect for use at the table as well as in the kitchen. I love getting them in a six pack like this which makes running out much less likely.
