Got this to hold my recessed light in place. Easy to install and did what it’s supposed to do.

I so needed these for my outside can lights. Worked perfect. Took me forever to find these

They fit my Halo recessed light cover perfectly.
It was a little difficult to reach inside and reattach the trim cover to the lamp pot assembly. I used needle nose Vice Grip pliers to securely clamp the spring, which made it easier. These new springs attach to the cover without risk of falling off, that also made the task easier.

Good strong and easy to install.
Due to the design of my install (I add a Plexiglas cover to the mount), I have to sacrifice the springs when I remove the baffles each time to clean behind them. These work great when I go to rehang.
