Fitment sucks
Har to get around where stoma is belt had o inch of adjustment out. 90 cm just not enough. If there were longer belts. Maybe I would continue to use . So if you waist is more than 35 inches don’t waste your money.

Lousy product
It’s useless - no matter how tight you make it, or how much medical plastic tape you apply around it, it still allows water inside. The cup is rather stiff; I had expected something more pliable. It makes more sense just to use a waterproof cover made of slick cloth.

Decent Product
I bought this because I like the idea of it.Pros; it adust easy, fits well, and is quite comfortable.Cons: some water still gets in. (this could be because I do not have enough body fat to seal it.I think if this had some sort of rubber seal around the edge that created a better seal, this would be a five star product. If you have just a little cushion in the mid-section it probably seals well.
