Covert Men's Invisible Undershirt

Been looking for an invisible undershirt to wear under white for a long time. I could never get the "grey is better than beige" thing to work for me—grey always showed. So I started looking for beige, but found that most felt over-engineered: crazy materials under the pits to soak up sweat, an absurdly deep v-neck, etc. I needed to go up a size, but this shirt does everything I need it to and is invisible under white. After a few washes, it's holding up great. I wish it was a little more affordable, but this seems to be the going rate for a good undershirt. Gave in and bought a second.

This undershirt is the GOAT of all undershirts. I needed a solution for my white shirts (dress shirts, polos, t-shirts) and other shirts I had that were see-through. I was scouring the market, failed attempt after failed attempt until I found this shirt. I usually wear an XL in shirt size, and i bought this undershirt as an XL and fit perfectly. But just to be careful I recommend looking at the measurements just to make sure. This shirt is lightweight, comfortable, and most importantly: invisible. I’m telling you, if you are wanting a solution for your thin, see-through shirts, look no further, this shirt is it. I loved the shirt so much I bought 3 more of them.

At some point in your life, you WILL need to wear a white button up shirt, there's no escaping it! I was at a wedding last fall and for another groomsmen, it was his first time EVER wearing a suit. Naturally, a white button up was required beneath it. So if you think you can escape the fate that's written for us all, think again. SO, I suggest you plan ahead. Obviously not all white button ups are created equally, what with the sheen and courseness of the fabric being in play, the variations between white and off-white buttons, and whether or not the button up is also a button down (know the difference, I compel you). But, after you've got yourself sorted with a well fit white shirt that doesn't balloon around you, get yourself this undershirt. Maybe your white shirt is super thin, maybe you've got a forest of dark chest hair, maybe you've got tattoos or unique and exciting nips that are just dying to show through. We can't have that, folks. And the wrong answer is putting a white tee on underneath. It won't look right, it won't look good. No one is cool enough to pull off that short sleeve showing through. Get this very Caucasian colored shirt and throw it on. I know, you might not be an undershirt wearer, I'm not either, but it is worth it. Would've been five stars, but there's a little piece of elastic something that rubs the back of my neck/shoulder on one side.

I was very excited when I found this, but very disappointed in what I received. The size of the v-neck in the product photo is way understated. The collar went out to my shoulders and the point of the V came down to the middle of my chest. Also, the t-shirt is very short. I'm taller than usual but it only came just to my waist. One upside? The color is a very successful flesh tone.

Runs a little tight, but as intended to avoid showing under a dress shirt. I wear this under a white dress shirt and it works great. Would highly recommend.

This medium was waaaaaaay to small. I felt like Chris Farley trying to squeeze into one of David Spade's shirts. I think I'll jump up 2 sizes to an extra large.

I was a bit skeptic at first, but this undershirt truly works. There are no funny seethrough lines one sees with standard white tees. It discretely covers my tattoos when I must wear a dress shirt.

It was large for me and had to return it. But I liked it it is a good quality undershirt. Also had no trouble whatsoever with the return and refund.

I recently attended a wedding in Italy during temperatures of around 35degrees. As a groomsman, I was asked to wear a three piece suit (long shirt, waistcoat, jacket) and was more than a little concerned about my survival! I had heard that undershirts were good at protecting your outer layers from dampness, but having never tried one this was a new area for me. Long story short - it worked fantastically well! I ordered and tried undershirts from Albert Kreuz, Schaufenberger and Thompson Tee. All were good products, but the Covert undershirt was the best in my opinion. The Thompson Tee was white, and very clearly showed through my white shirt. It did have integrated underarm pads, which was a little unusual but would probably be good if you sweat a lot under your arms (though anti-perspirant and separate underarm pads might also work). The Albert Kreuz and Schaufenberger were similar to this Covert undershirt but were just a little bit heavier material - it very much feels like a balance of not overheating with a thick undershirt but having something that will work effectively. I can report that, even as the thinnest undershirt, the Covert undershirt worked better than I had hoped. After a good few hours in the heat, the back and underarms on the shirt were dry. The undershirt collects and wicks away the moisture before it reaches your shirt (at least for me!). And actually it's a whole lot more pleasant - you feel warm as you would expect in 35degree heat but not having damp spots improves comfort levels immensely. I am light skinned, and the colour of this shirt works very well to blend so as not to be seen under a shirt. The V is also just about deep enough that you can get away with a top button undone, but not so deep that you can see the V under the shirt (which WAS the case with a deeper V nude coloured undershirt). I would recommend going for a size down from your normal t-shirt size (e.g. I am a medium T, size 39" chest, 34" waist - but a small in this undershirt) - you want it to be relatively skintight to work effectively. All in all, this is the undershirt I would recommend.

Zuerst: dieses Hemd ist aus 100% BAUMWOLLE. Ein "Muss" bei mir, da ich schon bei kleinem Synthetik-Anteil anfange stark zu schwitzen. In der detaillierten Beschreibung steht "100% aus Schweizer WOLLE". Das ist falsch! Ich hätte beides (Baumwolle oder Wolle) gebrauchen können, daher bestellte ich einfach. Meine Oberhemden sind Größe 39/40 Slim Fit, oder 40/41 Slim Fit wenn der oberste Knopf zugehen muss - zwecks Krawatte. Ich wählte dieses Unterhemd in Größe M, und es passt perfekt - schön Lang und dehnbar. Der Ausschnitt ist recht tief. So konnte ich heute das Oberhemd nach der Arbeit etwas aufknöpfen und man sah das Unterhemd nicht. Das Hemd ist sehr leicht und Komfortabel und war unter meinem weißen Oberhemd nicht zu sehen. 60° Waschbar und alle anderen Qualitäten die Beschrieben werden sind tatsächlich so (Öko-Tex Label und Aufdruck im Hemd wurden überprüft). Es gibt auch keine reibenden Nähte und kein inneres "Schildchen" welches die Haut irritiert. Ich bin wirklich von der Qualität überrascht. Passiert selten bei mir. Ein Textilprodukt aus der EU lässt auch auf bessere Arbeitsbedingungen für die Mitarbeiter hoffen (ob das so stimmt, weiß ich nicht). Ich werde nach längerem Tragen noch einmal berichten. An den Hersteller: Ich wünsche mir eine langärmlige Ausführung und eine aus Wolle oder Wolle/Baumwoll-Gemisch für den Winter! Weiter so.

No parece muy resistente, pero es pronto para saberlo, parece de calidad, aunque resulta algo caro. De momento satisfecho, sin pasarse.

Habs ausprobiert und für gut befunden. Man sieht wirklich fast nichts durch ein weißes Hemd hindurch. Am Kragen könnte etwas davon durchblitzen, je nachdem wie offen man das Hemd trägt. Mit einer Krawatte ist das aber nie der Fall ;) Das Material erinnert ein bisschen an Feinripp. Recht dehnbar. Angenehm auf der Haut, nicht zu warm, eher kühler, wie T-Shirt-Stoff. Aus Baumwolle (nicht Wolle). Trage sonst L-Shirts, hier war M die richige Wahl für ein eng anliegendes Teil. Ich bin zufrieden und gebe 5 Sterne.

The item arrived in the worst condition possible, with clear signs of being worn - stretched, creased, smelled of fragrance and packed with hair!! Absolutely disgusting!!
