Q: What size is the basket? and what material is it made from? are the lame blades interchangeable/universal when i need more later? thanks!

Hi there - Thank you for your helpful questions! The proofing basket is roughly 12.5L x 4.5W x 2.75H". The lame uses standard blades which are completely interchangeable. We also include 10 extra blades in the kit! Thanks again!

Q: Do u need to use the liner?

Nope. Use without the liner during proofing to get those fancy lines in your bread. Place the liner in after washing for loaf storage.

Q: Can you use baking spray for the banneton and skip the rice flour?

I make bread several times a week. I’m in love with the bread whisk. I had just been using my hands and a wooden spoon. I mist with water and a little olive oil. If that spray is similar then yes.

Q: How many lbs can hold the basket??
