Got what was described
Cheap injection molded plastic. the holes to insert the casters I had to force into place as the mold was sloppy and not cleaned up prior to shipping. The casters themselves are 100% plastic I believe with no bearings. Before adding soil the caster don't roll very well at all. They may roll better with soil added and breaking them in a little but now the wheels. I just went back to make sure I didn't leave one locked but noticed they roll a little better than I thought but the don't change direction making them drag on the patio feeling like the pots are going to tip over.I feel like once I add soil and try to roll the assembly that the casters are going to fail. At the current price point ($31.99) I can get the same size and style stacking pots from the local dollar store for $5 for a set of 4 individual pots to stack, I didn't see if there was an option to get the base with casters but that would still total $6.25 for the set.

Perfect for strawberries
I got this for my strawberries. It is super easy to put together. You don’t need any tools. Everything just snaps together. It rolls well and is nice and sturdy. Seems like a good quality. Not a bad price and you’ll be able to use it year after year. I love that you can roll it wherever needed!

Not very sturdy. Tips over very easily.
Very easily tips over. Unsteady when moving around. Needs holes in tray at the bottom because water accumulates and makes a perfect stagnent pool for mosquitoes to lay eggs.

Missing part..
The drain tray to one of my planters was missing. I don't want to have to return for one part..
