These are great. Seem like they are effective. Lots of vitamins in there. Value is good easy to make and it’s quick.

I have dry eye like thousands of people and the many brands of drops were not working adequately ( as well as being outrageously expensive). With my skin and hair also dry, i thought I would try using EmergenC everyday. ( Dose is once a day, dry packet in water). I love the fizzy, raspberry ,my favorite in very cold water. It's like a treat.But the most important thing is that my dry eyes are so much better, don't need a lot of drops. I have been using EmergenC for a month and will continue, midday, so it doesn't keep me awake at night. It also helps keep the rest of me hydrated. I can't stand the hydration water or Gator ade.

This is by far my favorite vitamin C brand. Whenever I need a lift in my energy level, I mix one sachet into cold water for a fizzy, delightful experience. It's not overly sweet and has a delicious fruity taste to it.
