Q: Can these be used with 1/4in shock cord?

These are designed for use with cords up to 3/16" in diameter so I'm not sure. Shock cord does have quite a bit of elasticity so it might fit but would probably be very snug.

Q: how do you set up the sharktooth? there is no info on you tube, nor online. i am a manufacturer in need of a cord lock, thank you

Q: Will this work with Lash-it which is 1.75mm cord?

It probably would work, but I don't think it would stay super tight. I'm using with 7/64" amsteel and it works really well. 1.75mm may be too small but you could give it a try.
