Good for focus.
These tablets work well for helping my child focus at school but they get sticky and dry and stuck together in the tub which makes it really hard to get them out.

Kids Says Yuck
First, taste: kid say they taste like throw up.Second, effect: kid was spacey, loopy and not himself. The magnesium level is fairly high even in a single bear and made him act off (sleepy, zoning out, nearly falling asleep) all day long.We threw them away.
