Good quality pans
As a cooking enthusiast, I've been looking for a cookware that can meet my daily needs and enhance my cooking skills at the same time. It wasn't until I came across this wok that I realised it was simply made for me. When I was new to cooking, I was often troubled by the instability of the cookware, either I couldn't control the heat well or the ingredients would stick to the pan. But since using this cast iron skillet, all these problems have been solved.Firstly, cast iron pans conduct heat very well and heat up quickly and evenly. This means you don't need to adjust the heat as often to achieve the desired cooking results. For example, when I was making an omelette, the high heat of the frying pan instantly set the eggs, frying the bottom to a golden crisp while the top whites stayed soft and tender. This perfect cooking experience makes me feel more confident about cooking.Secondly, the frying pan's heat retention is excellent. It maintains a stable temperature as long as there is a continuous heat supply, ensuring that the food does not get cold or hot during cooking. In addition, the cast iron pot also has strong versatility. It can be used for frying, stir-frying, stewing, simmering and other cooking methods, and can replace almost all pots and pans in the kitchen. What's more, it can also be transferred directly from the stovetop to the dining table as an exquisite plating tool, which is both practical and beautiful.

Very good value.
I recently got my hands on a wok and after using it for a while, I truly feel it was a very worthwhile investment. Not only does this frying pan have a simple and atmospheric appearance, but it is also of high quality and has a calm feel to it, making it feel particularly secure. The body of the pan is made of high-quality steel, which conducts heat evenly, whether it's frying, sautéing, stewing or simmering. What satisfies me most is its durability. The frying pan doesn't warp or scratch as easily as pots and pans made of other materials, and with proper care, it can last for decades or even longer. After each use, a simple rinse and dry, followed by a thin coat of oil, will keep the pan shining like new.For those who love to cook, the wok has another great advantage - it can be adapted to a wide range of cooking styles. For example, I often use it to make pan-fried steak. The high temperature of the cast iron skillet locks in the meat juices, and the outer skin is fried to a golden brown and crispy, while the inner part of the steak is still tender and juicy. Or in the winter, I use it to make a rich chicken soup. The long simmering time allows the flavours of the ingredients to blend into the soup, making it incredibly tasty.

Not Happy
When used it for the first time, I thought it’s great pan. After staying in my cupboard for several weeks with its lid on top, I took it to use it and inner part was all rusted and the top layer was coming off. Pan was washed gently and dried thoroughly.

Product Features: I bought several pans, compared and left this one, received the goods to open and look very surprised, finally bought the desired frying pan. Is a real iron pan, very thick and heavy, according to the instructions for maintenance after frying eggs, fried vegetables, fried fish are non-stick, very good.Appearance Material: the quality is very good, the installation of the handle requires the use of tools, tighten it on the line. The value of the pan is high, black moist and shiny, especially good.Commodity quality: used a few times, not easy to paste the pot, very texture, real uncoated, with a healthy and assured! The body of the pan is substantial, the weight is just right, it's no problem at all to hold it with one hand. The heat conductivity of the iron pot is also good, frying dishes with good colour and aroma, and non-stick, I am very satisfied with this product, excellent quality, reasonable price, highly recommended to everyone!Looking forward to a great pan once the raising is complete and hopefully a perfect iron skillet.

Nice quality pan but.....
....could have done with a D handle on the opposite side to the main handle as this pan Is rather heavy. The lid has a design defect In as much as when washed, water remains within the pressed on steel edging circling the lid glass. I'd say that this Is highly likely to harbour bacteria and consideration should be given accordingly. Nice pan other than that🤷🏼♂️

A Teflon-free Non-stick Worthy Wok Perfect for Electric Hobs and Gas Thanks to its Flat Base
The media could not be loaded. The design of this pan set looks very vintage, 1980s era with its tinted glass lid and wooden handles. I like this look and I love that the lid is toughened glass. The base is flat which makes it a good vessel to boil down liquids whilst using suitable utensils to stir, especially necessary if you haven't quite mastered the technique of manovering the pan like a pro chef in order to stir your contents. It gives it stability on an electric hob too. If you have a cast iron ring to use as a stabilising base and a gas hob, then you'll be able to use a traditional rounded wok as you see on hawker stalls in the Far East. The wooden handles ensures it doesn't get too hot, which is ideal when cooking at the high heat required for stir frying. The larger capacity cooks for our family, importantly, for the hungry teens. I am able to use is on induction as well as gas and I love that there are no harmful chemicals coating the pan even though it can be used as a non-stick pan providing you know how to 'season' it. There are plenty of YouTube clips which show how to quickly and effectively season a pan to give it that non-stick finish.Very good pan and love the carbon steel construction!
