These work, thought ilk try it, took it at 10pm , started working about 11 until 7am

They work but slight side effects
These do work as advertised and help you to, um, get going and maybe to go again if you want to. It's not magic and you do need to be already "in the mood", but if so then the effect is definitely there and definitely noticeable. You need to take them on an empty stomach for them to work properly. If you don't, they barely work at all. For me they took maybe 30 to 45 minutes to start working and I could fell the effects for several hours after that. I did experience some side effects, most noticeably a stuffy nose and a slight pink colouration to my vision which I assume is caused by the increased blood flow around the body. It's not as alarming as it might sound!
