GuruNanda Liquid Hydration Electrolyte Drink Mix, Lemon Lime, 48 ct

It is a great hydration powder. You can mix it incrementally to satisfy your taste. I use it in my iced tea, but it’s good enough with water. It’s a good value and it is convenient to carry a few little packs rather than a big plastic bottle.

This drink is amazing. It gives me energy if I'm feeling a bit sluggish.

Great tasting

Me encanta como te rehidratas en menos de unos cuantos minutos

I love these! I have been purchasing from dollar tree but they haven’t been getting them in. I decided to check Amazon and there they are and a couple of dollars cheaper too so it’s a win-win.

I just love these. So perfect for my husband who landscapes

La mejor bebida hidratante.. su sabor a limonada la hace única y fácil de beber

I have some thyroid issues and it was recommended to me to start drinking electrolytes every day, this is very inexpensive way for me to do this. I add one packet to a 50 ounce drink because I don’t like a lot of sweet flavor, I get a faint citrusy taste and I’m cool with that sometimes I do add like a half a packet of lemonade if I feel like I need more flavor. I do feel the difference when I don’t drink this, and I feel better and more hydrated on it I believe that it is effective. (for me.) and I’m thankful to the people who told me about balancing electrolytes lol
