Q: Can this be used to turn on the fans in my greenhouse when the temperature gets too warm?

if they are within the voltage and amperage range yes. they are able to heat or cool. you have a turn on temp and an turn off temp. if heating, your on temp is lower than your off temp. when cooling your off temp is lower than your on temp. i have ran mine for about 20 hours at max current rating with no issues.

Q: Says max temp is 110c which is 230f, is this correct ? i need at least 144 f ?

Yes, works at 144 f. I use with residential boiler. When pipe temp is 145f i turn on a blower fan. When 120 i turn off blower fan.
