Bala is a plant use in Ayurveda for help all 3 energies and especially to bring strength to bones, muscles and joints...Mine need lots of help So I am delight to give this a good long try.I have not started yet. I am waiting until I finish an other supplement I am trying but this seem a great maker and well made.I love and trust Ayurveda. It has been used f or thousand of year or certainly many hundreds. I fell safe with this and am longing to get started.It is in capsule form but they say you can open the caps and use as a tea... worth a try.I am really please to try this excellent supplement and I will post back when I have some real results.DO a lot of reading on it. There is lots written and it is all good.Find out as much as you can and give it a try.

I’d love to see a bit more information included about the sourcing, drying method, and whether it’s an aqueous extract or raw powder. That level of detail can make a difference when you’re dealing with health challenges or looking to optimise therapeutic effect.Bottom line: A great entry into Ayurvedic herbals if you’re looking for nervous system support, stamina, or gentle tonification. Particularly suited to those who can’t tolerate stimulants but still need some form of “inner scaffolding.” I’ll be keeping these in my rotation.

I’ve not tried this type of supplement before but I’m very happy with it. Initially I noticed I felt a lot more relaxed and almost sleepy for about 30 minutes after taking them but then it wore off and I felt my mind was clearer and able to maintain focus better but without it being because I had too much energy - not like a caffeine effect at all, just calm clear mind and able to remain conscious easier.I have also noticed an improvement with my IBS which was mild but the supplement I had been taking for that didn’t seem to be doing as much as it used to for some reason but since taking this supplement which I started about a week ago, it has definitely improved and I don’t know what it could be other than this as I’ve not made any other changes. I was taking one a day for first few days and increased to 2 a day and that is since then that I’ve felt a more permanent change that hasn’t worn off.

Puts me at ease using it, this one has made me feel more relaxed in my body without feeling tense about things that are going around me. The capsules are large to swallow however I tried to drink more water to combat this as it would get stuck in my throat easily whilst passing through. I feel more grounded taking these and it's a nice feeling when you're consistent with the capsules.
