Would buy again.
Very pleased with the battery. It's bulky but works very well. Only complaint is the LED lights bleed over so it's hard to tell what setting it is on.With humidity control.off and tube temp off, it lasted all might for 3 nights. With humidity level on 2, it was dead in 7 hrs.

Well built, powered my AirCurve 10 flawlessly.
Charged it up, used with CPAP with tube temp and humidity turned off. worked all night with no dent in the battery. will be perfect for camping and charging via USB on my large ecoflow battery. The included adapter for my AirCurve 10 works perfectly and its so nice to be able to simplify the amount of cables needed for the CPAP (you dont need your 12v adapter anymore). Case is too tight for daily use taking it in and out, so i discarded it.

Inexpensive and effective CPAP battery backup
due to a winter storm, my home power was out for almost a week. I thought I was prepared with a whole house backup generator, but realized I was burning 1/3 of my fuel capacity by running the generator over night while we were sleeping.so I turned it off one night and discovered I just can't sleep without CPAP any more. the result was terrible. so I resolved to keeping the generator on until I could get a backup battery.I immediately found that CPAP batteries typically run $300+, so I was a little skeptical of this unit at half the price and 3x the battery capacity.two nights use (heated tube off, humidifier off) and i've only used 1 bar of capacity out of 5. I'm estimating 7 - 10 days of effective use on this battery.it's not lightweight or small, I wouldn't want to travel with it, but that's not what I bought it for. as a backup battery for a medically necessary device, this is an easy 5 stars.

Does everything I need, no longer worry about power outages
After an initial charging, I used the ES720 to power my Resmed AirCurve 10 VPAP. After 3 nights use, the battery still had substantial reserves (one LED "bar"). After recharging it, I then used the ES720 to charge my LG 17" laptop while I used it. Still had lots of charge left.I bought a 12V to 24V DC converter for the AirCurve 10 as suggested by Easylonger to plug into the 12V socket on the ES720. This powers my AirCurve 10 just fine while allowing me to float charge the ES720, as Easylonger promised. So, during severe storm weather, I can sleep without worrying about power outages or having to discharge the battery. I plan to take the ES720 on overnight Amtrak trips in case there's no 120VAC power available. As noted by others, the LEDs in display do leak light between them. Nevertheless, I can still read the display unambiguously. The buttons require a lot of pressure to activate, but this prevents inadvertent button presses while traveling. It's inconvenient to have to set the voltage to 24V each time I use it with the AirCurve 10, but that's not a deal breaker for me. Besides, when using the external 12V to 24V adapter, it's no longer necessary to set the voltage since I'm only using 12V from the ES720.The next size smaller Easylonger battery would have worked, but it's worth the extra weight of the ES720to have at least 3 nights of capacity between charges. In summary, the ES720 does everything I need and more. I'll post again later if I encounter problems after using the ES720 longer term.

good idea but poor/low cost implementation
I purchased this specifically for a trip I was going on. was surprised when it arrived on how large/bulky it was. This is probably my fault for not thoroughly reading the details, however, another battery I purchased years ago for the same purpose was much smaller. So, be aware this is a bulky battery. The controls are a bit awkward as well. The LED light from one control bleed to the others making some of the controls and charge level hard to identify/easy to misread due to falsely lit indicators. On a positive note, it is very versatile with cables for all major CPAP models and hold a large charge.

Works as advertised, wish it were designed to be an uninterruptable power supply.
It charges quickly and powers my CPAP all night, even if I use the humidifier and heated hose. (Which really helps with the dry air during the heating season.) My only complaint about the design, which I knew in advance because they accurately described it, is that it's not designed to use as an uninterruptable power supply. I assume that's because they use a single port for the DC in and DC out. I would much prefer it if they had a separate input for the charger so I could leave my CPAP plugged into the unit all the time and have it automatically supply battery power if the power goes out during the night. As it is, if there's a power outage at night I need to get up, turn on the lights, and fumble around switching cords to run my CPAP off the battery. Apparently you can use it as a UPS if you buy extra cords and power converters, but that seems like a cumbersome workaround.

basic cpap usage for 6 days (~9hr/day)
I recently had a power outage that lasted well over a week. I ended up having to stay elsewhere because I sleep like crap (if at all) without the cpap machine. This prompted me to move forward with the reluctance of buying a battery backup.I let it initially charge for two full days. I did not test it for another 2 weeks. I had no issues powering it on, selecting the correct voltage or setting up the power connections from cpap to battery.I used this for 6 full nights. On the 7th night, it died about 5am. I usually started the night about 10 until about 7:30, so I got quite a bit of juice from this back up.I was not using any humidifier or heating. I use basic air flow to help me breathe. It is a bit weighty (~3lbs) for a lot of traveling, but no more so than the cpap machine itself.I am very happy that I pulled the trigger.
