Determine what type of deodorant works for your body
This deodorant does not work for me at all. I sweat a lot and sometimes when I use traditional deodorant, it causes me to sweat more from my arm pits. It seemed like this product would make my fresh smell wear off faster. Almost felt like I would do better just not wearing any deodorant versus using this product. The smell is strong so I would have to hold my breath when I use this. For me personally I would just stick with the deodorant stick.
