I use this in my truck to operate a Dewalt fast battery charger. Works well. It shows me vehicle battery voltage and output voltage. I do wish it would display power transfer in watts, but it is just a desire and not a need.

Love it! It plugs into my 12Vdc cigarette lighter, and sits under the center console. When I need to charge my laptop I plug into the 120 Vac side. By the time I finish my commute my laptop is charged. The LED display is easy to read at a distance.

One of my favorite features is the big easy to read display. I run my entire hydroponics set up (2 lights, fan, pump, humidifier) off a solar battery and I haven’t been able to overload this thing yet. Good connections, solid build.

Works great until you blow a fuse. The fuses are soldered onto the board to prevent easy repairs.Company replaced it for free, so that's nice. But the skimping in a $0.10 part has costed me quite a headache. They argue it's to help it be more durable but fuses are built for vehicles and I have several smaller inverters with replaceable automotive fuses.However, they did replace it for free. So I've updated the review.Otherwise it's setup very well. But that alone just ruins it for me.

i loved it .. it works great. it has great power the noise level is low and quiet compared to the others its amazinf and i love it o hogly recomend it of ur looking fpr a power converter forbur cae this is it i can listen to radios do my hair woth my blow dryer and my straightner and all kinds of other piwerdul items if u dont have this u must buy it amd tey it out for urself i promise u wont ve disapointed now go go go get you one hurry before their gone perfect Christmas present for that special someone man or woman or kids! I use it for long trips to plug up pur tv and dvd player and our wifi box and their quiet the whole Trip guaranteed

I purchased this inverter for my son. He has a 2005 Ford F150 that will not start if the temp drops below 45 degrees. We discovered that running a hair dryer on the PCM/ECM board for a min or two works and allows the truck to start no problem. Yes, we're replacing the part, however until that arrives and we can get it flashed to the truck this is the work around. He hooks it to his battery direct and has a small hair dryer that as long as he keeps it on low works great, high trips the inverter, so low it is! After using it the first time he was super excited about purchasing a separate battery for it so he can take it camping and keep his phone and small accessories powered if need be.

this will not reach the 1000 watts advertised wattage the best it will do is 600 watts

Nice compact size with two 120VAC outlets, USB, and USB-C ports. It has a VDC and VAC readout to monitor the voltage input and output. My heaviest power use of this inverter was when I connected the power leads to my Nissan Titan PU battery and ran the engine at idle while using a telescoping pole electric pruner 8-inch chainsaw to trim some overhead tree branches of about 3" diameter. These trees were located at the back of my property about 700 ft from the house and plug-in power. I ran the pruner periodically for about 1 hour and the invertor handled the 8 amp pruner motor without any problem. The inverter reached a reasonably warm temperature. The inverter was very handy for this small amount of tree trimming / field work in lieu of hauling out my generator and fussing with gasoline. I purchased this unit about 4 months ago and its still working.
