I woke up with a kink around my shoulder blade. Figured I slept wrong and it would go away in a day. That was nine months ago. Since then, I've been to a chiropractor, an acupuncturist, massage therapist, physical therapist, and three doctors (one of whom was a spine and nerve specialist). All of whom said they had seen this issue before and it was very treatable...and yet, here we are nine months (and a few MRIs) later. After seeing a post about how these RAW cork balls helped an AT hiker’s feet on the trail feel better, I instantly purchased a pair for myself. I’ve been struggling with foot pain related to Posterior Tibial Tendonitis. After rolling my foot on these balls several times a day for a week the pain has been decreased immensely. After long hikes my feet used to be INCREDIBLY painful to walk on. It would take ice and ibuprofen and elevation to make them feel better by the next morning. The firm pressure that the raw cork balls provide gets to the pressure points that help release the tight tendons and make the recovery process so much faster. I now roll my feet for 15-20min and ice for 30 min and they feel better instantly. They are lightweight which makes them a backpacker or hiker dream. I plan on taking these with me on all my hikes and rolling my feet at least once during the hike to see if that will help prevent the end of hike pain I am now experiencing. I highly recommend them. Well worth the cost!

Natural product - from cork that has just a very small amount of give. Imagine a massage therapist with hands made from hard plastic or metal crushing into your back, arms or legs; vice a therapist who has hands made from natural slightly soft cork. When using Rawlogy cork products (massage therapy balls), the contact is firm but with a tiny amount of give. That give allows the ball to form with your body/muscle structure instead of pushing against it or crushing it. I am a real amazon user (with back/neck problems - not a Rawlogy employee). If you decide to use cork, I would be Rawlogy or other quality cork product. Some of the "cork" therapy products are mixed cork and "other components" that will not perform the same.Good luck

They provide amazing pain relief if tension basically anywhere on your body! I’ve used them by rolling my feet over them on the floor, against a wall on my back, shoulders/neck (takes some finesse, but it’s worth it), and just rolling them directly on my arms, legs, etc.— and wow,😯 I’m so happy that I bought them.Also, super great for giving my girlfriend a massage instead of using my hands! Able to provide desired pressure while also minimizing strain on my own hands/wrists!! 💯🙌🏽
