These creatine monohydrate gummies are in the shape of a bear and are a bright, pale blue. I love that they are easy to identify and differentiate from my other supplements so I can easily find them to take before a workout. These gummies have a delicious berry flavor and I find them to be a tasty, sweet treat. The serving size is 4 gummies with each serving providing a 5g serving of creatine. Each bottle gives you a 15-day supply. The 2-pack of bottles provides a 1-month supply so you can see if you like it. I like that they are giving good value with this 2-pack and that they appear to be high quality. The gummies have a nice, smooth texture and are not clumpy or gritty. They are chewy and have a nice texture. I have not noticed any stomach upset while taking these and find that they give me a nice energy boost.

I didn't think about the fact that because these are gummies they must contain some amount of sugar but I'm not the biggest fan of having that added to my creatine. They do taste decent which is a plus but I haven't used very many of them due to the added sugar which I tend to avoid unless it's in something I really enjoy. It's hard to tell if they have the amount of creatine advertised but they do seem to help stave off muscle soreness some when I do use them.

I've tried over 5 different types of creatine gummies at this point, mostly for energy. These are some of the better flavored ones and I really like they are made with glucose syrup and not some sugar alcohol or artificial sweetener. I went through these very fast!

These are easy to chew, taste good, and are excellent recovery support for my high endurance athletes.The flavor is very tasty.The gummy is easier to take than capsules or powder.The price is fairly steep, $28.90 at time of review, for 60 servings.Other than the higher price, I love how accessible these are, tasty, and seem to have high quality ingredients. Overall, I recommend them!

I've used creatine in the past when working out and noticed a strength increase and some gains. When using the gummies, I didn't notice as much gains as with the powder. The gummies taste fine and it is nice to just chew a few gummies before working out instead of mixing in a powder, but I'm not seeing the results as expected. It may work better for others - but for me, not so much.
