Love these things!
I must express my admiration for these incredible items I own. I have accumulated quite a collection of them, and I've put them to the test in various creative and practical ways. From using them to drain cheese to hardcore winemaking including Saki and growing Koji spores in them, their versatility knows no bounds. One of my favorite unconventional uses has been employing one to store socks, which has proven to be quite effective! Additionally, I have filled these containers with an assortment of herbs for steeping, allowing me to infuse flavors into my dishes. In a more adventurous endeavor, I even cultivated mushrooms in them, and the results were nothing short of spectacular. Currently, I have some of these remarkable strainer bags in my hydroponic garden, where they are nurturing the delicate roots of chives and other herbs. These items have truly become essential in my daily life, and I can’t imagine being without them. Their multi-functionality and efficiency make them indispensable to my routines and culinary experiments.

Bags are big
Bags are very large and well made. I used for steeping a recipe of fruit in alcohol. They were in simmering alcohol for 8 hours and no deterioration will buy more for beer making, quality and price were excellent. Very easy to use. Did not impart any taste to end product!

Great performance but not easy to clean
They did excellent but I have not found them easy to clean. For performance they are a really sturdy bag. It lets juice flow through but keeps the large chunks in tact. However with much rinsing the bag still seems dirty. I don't want to put it in the wash with so much junk on it. Even soaking seemed to help little. However for the price I think I will buy them but not as reusable.

Very Sturdy Bags
I use these bags to brew beer called BIAB, brew in a bag . They hold 18 lbs of soaked grain very well and are reusable many times. They fit well in my 14 gallon kettle but could also fit a 10 gal. Kettle as well. The bags are sturdy and clean up well by rinsing them with hot water hang them out in the sun and dry fast.

Exceptional value!
We needed these bags for wine making and they did not disappoint! Holds more grapes than expected, didn't rip when grapes were hand pressed. Was a little tricky to clean, but grapes stain everything and the bag had to sit in the ferment for over a month. I would definitely buy them again!
