only complaint is , its big and bulky . finding somewhere to leave it when not in use and not tripping over it is cumbersome task for me . it is very sturdy and comfortable when i use it its spacious enough for me to have my laptop and ipad on it

Awesome pillow. I purchased this for our daughter who is 21 and recently went back to college. I found her in bed (even though she has a desk) working, trying to balance the laptop. She tends to do most of her homework at night once she is off work and we are no longer working from home and the house is quiet. We purchased it for Christmas and even though she received many other gifts, this by far made her the happiest. The height is perfect, the color matches her decor and its functional. Now, she sits under the blankets, hoodie on, pillow on her lap, dog by her side and no longer bumping the laptop when she comes in to snuggle. My husband and I recently went on a roadtrip, he was working as I was driving and his comment was...I should have brought the laptop pillow, it would have made it easier.

I like this thing! I’ve been stalking it for a while, but waited for a Prime Day deal. It was worth the wait. First of all, it is a bit huge, but I wanted something sturdy and supportive that held its shape. - so tired of delicately balancing the laptop - and this is all that. The surface area is just enough - and not so massive you feel trapped inside. It is a little high (if you’re under 5’3”, I’d probably look for something else) and could be improved if some parts were more ergonomically designed, like sloping armrests. I got it for the laptop usage, but now I’m thinking of a bunch of different uses - you could set up a stand and your phone on it, have a little snack on it, turn it around for back support. Textured fabric is not slippery and very comfy - not a fan of the zebra-striped sides, but when you’re using it, you don’t have to look at it! Storage is a bit of a bear, but I know I’m going to get a lot of use out of this.

I’m having back trouble sitting at a desk to use my computer. And my vision isn’t good. I needed a lap desk that would raise my laptop pretty high and would let me pull it close. This does exactly that. It raises the laptop about 6” above my lap, and I can pull it right to my chest. I’m sitting comfortably in a recliner, so my back doesn’t hurt. Because there’s a skinny kid in the picture, I was afraid it wouldn’t be big enough for me—I’m a size 3X. But the size large works perfectly, and will work for bigger people than me because it’s flexible. The only caveat is that it’s pretty wide and might not fit easily if your recliner is very small.

I read all the reviews and didn't know whether to get the large or not. I got the large and shouldn't have. It would be great if I just wanted to use it once in a while, but not great for using all day with a laptop. The pillow is super sturdy. No worry about it falling or collapsing. However, it's so big that it's difficult to store anywhere. The pocket on the side is handy. I am 5'5" and it fits great under my arms for a short amount of time. Any extended amount of time makes my wrists and shoulders hurt from the angle. My neice is 10 and she absolutely loves this thing for sitting in bed at night.

I did my research before ordering this reading pillow and saw many reviews of people who bought the small size wishing they sized up because there is no room for the laptop. I sized up, and it turns out that what changes is the height and overall dimensions of the pillow NOT the part where your laptop is supposed to go.The pictures from the seller show a normal sized laptop sitting comfortably on top of the pillow, but not even half my laptop fit and I got the large. The quality is good and it's sturdy, but what's the point of having a huge heavy pillow if it won't fit a normal laptop or book on top? The pictures are not accurate and are therefore misrepresenting the product.RETURNS: according to the seller, you need a specialized compression machine to get it back into the bag it comes in. This means that if you want to return it, you probably have to buy a huge box because none of the return options include the packaging for some reason. I tried to drop it off at UPS today and they of course wanted to charge me $35 for a simple box. Now I have to go to Home Depot to get a big box, package this really heavy pillow, and drop it off. Overall NOT the experience you want.

Firm, holds its shape! Easy remove cover, not sure if it’s supposed to be machine washed but I did on a regular cycle with two small plush throw blankets. Allowed it to air dry & it went back on with ease! The size I purchased fits well around my hips & thighs with a little room to spare(wide hips, pants size 2x). I can place my laptop & big book on top of it! Love the side pockets! I put my remote, pens, stylus, highlighter, lip gloss & a few snack in the pockets. Kinda wish they sold additional covers, to change the colors.. hehe
