High speed tiling!
Was not expecting to be impressed by these tiles or to even like them. The wall, in the bathroom, that needs covering is not flat. It has lumps and bumps from many years of previous work/decorating etc. With very little time available I thought I would try cheating. Instead of spending hours preparing the wall surface to make it flat and suitable prior to ceramic tiling/grouting, I just gave the wall a quick clean and started sticking tiles on it.The subway tiles look nice in the box. Very shiny and uniform. They are thin and flexible and backed with a very strong self adhesive. Applying them to the wall is very quick, just be sure to line the tiles up perfectly before sticking as you are not going to move any tile once it has stuck. It took just a few minutes to do the area in the photo (one box of 23 tiles used and 4 mirror tiles). Although the fit is very good, I used tile grout to finish off with and to be sure no moisture can get between any gaps. The end result is my wonky lumpy wall is hiding behind these thin plastic tiles and no one would know. The wall looks like it is covered in ceramic tiles. Who knows what the lifespan will eventually be but, for perhaps 1/2hr work, it looks amazing.

Regret it
Regret buying. Hard to cut. If you get the position wrong placing you can,t remove it for the backing stays on the wall and seperates from the tile. Don,t like them but they,re stuck now until I move. You need really good tools to cut

A Nice Solution for New Build without Splashback
Easy to install except a bit challenge for the socket areas. Comparatively affordable than those alloy/acrylic/glass splashback.

Looks nice, simple to put up, but what about the gaps
The tiles are a fraction over 2mm thick, but that is including the sticky backing. The tile itself is a faction over 1mm thick. We had a potion of our kitchen changed and can’t find tiles to match. Decided to give these a trail to replace that small sectionThe only thing I’m a bit worried about is the gaps between the tiles. I’m not sure what the solution is for that. Can we use grout, probably not? Maybe silicone sealant? If you don’t use anything, moisture is eventually going to get in there – if not from splashes then just from general humidity from cooking. There is no mention at all about the gaps in the included instruction sheet. I guess they are supposed to be fitted hermetically sealed against each other. Can’t see that happening when you can’t slide them around after fitting and because they are plastic you will get some contraction/expansion depending on the heat in the room. We should probably be leaving expansion gaps between the tiles on purpose? Again, no mention in the instructions.

Very attractive
I just I cannot emphasise enough how delighted I am with these tiles.Like many, we have a small kitchen, there is a small work surface, adjacent to a painted wall, where we make hot drinks. It is surprising how manny tea/coffee drips splash on to the wall making it look grubby very quickly. The wall is a nightmare to clean, the splashes cannot be removed. I have not seen tiles like these before and was not entirely convinced they would do the job. I needn’t have worried, they make a perfect splash back for the area in question and look fantastic.A word of caution: the vendors are correct in saying they are easy to handle and they do, indeed, have very strong adhesive but easy for ladies to cut? I couldn’t cut them. Not only do you need a large, sharp pair of scissors but also very strong hands. Using a steel rule and Stanley knife was also problematic, the rule tended to slip about on the shiny surface unless one pressed down very hard.My brother-in-law did the job for me. He is a fairly competent DIYer and did not find the job difficult, just needed to concentrate on the job, the adhesive required accurate placing, not too much in the way of a second chance!I have no hesitation in recommending these tiles, if I had known of their existence I would certainly have bought them a long time ago!

Attractive stone marble sheen tiles
These are great looking kitchen tiles with a lovely stone marble sheen aesthetic. The paste is strong but when cutting the tiles, I have to use a Stanley knife with metal rule for straight clean cuts, not a scissors because the glue sticks to the blades of the scissors.Self-adhesive tiles may sound simpler than traditional tiles and wall paste but when placing the tiles in position, it is a lot trickier with no room for error because once stuck on, if position is even slightly wrong, I can't slide into place as I can with traditional tiles. I have to peel the tile right off and re-apply. Bear that in mind. But I am used to that now, having applied adhesive tiles a few times in recent past.I stuck the tiles above the kitchen sink which was showing its age and now these tiles bring some sparkle back into washing the dishes. After 3 weeks of application, the waterproofing is working and none of the tile's edges are peeling off as can happen to some low-quality adhesive tiles. Will update review if this happens.Love them.

Like how shiny these tiles are
These tiles are a lovely bright white and I like how shiny they are makes them look pricey once stuck. They feel quite strong and update your space nicely. I like how easy it is to refresh a very dull kitchen.£31.49 for 23 tiles does sound pricey but I think they are worth it. They feel like they will last and are so easy to clean. The reflective style really brightens a space over some matte tiles.
