The media could not be loaded. This is a 2 pack of rubber disks for baseball bat swing training. To use, simply grasp a disk between the flat palms of both hands, get into batting stance, and swing through with the intention of releasing the disk so it flies to an intended target. This interestingly forces the batter to maintain a fundamentally level swing. It’s actually quite difficult at first, resulting in mostly flopping patterns that barely make it to the target. We set up a pitching net about 15 ft out and my boys weren’t able to hit the target the first few sessions. Trying to aim the disk forced them to figure out how to work through a proper arm motion until finally getting it to fly properly, and eventually fly accurately. We like this unique training tool for refinement. It’s certainly not something that’s going to teach a newbie how to bat properly. These trainer disks are great quality. Pretty simple design yet effective. Another great item to have for our baseball practice.

These discs are great for training a swing. They are flexible and feel like they're made out of a silicone, but like a brushed one so it has some grip to it. They're a great diameter for kids and adults.

Fun to throw, but not much help for swing. These flat disks are a toy but as far as swing training goes they are not much help.
